Children are honest, imaginative, and full of energy – that’s exactly why I chose to specialize in children’s dance and movement education during my studies. With over eight years of experience (and two kids of my own), I design each class so that every child can stay true to themselves and joyfully explore their body.
We move through five playful themes: rhythm & music, body & spatial awareness, individual & group work, coordination, and creative expression. Younger children learn through games and imagination; older ones engage with more focused movement tasks – including ballet classes for different age groups.
Ballet classes have become especially popular, offering children a wonderful balance of structure, expression, and joy in movement.

Classes for Kids with Special Needs

For over two years, I’ve been leading dance and movement classes for children with Down syndrome. It’s not about performance – it’s about shared experience, body awareness, rhythm, and connection.
With scarves, mats, obstacle courses, and music, we explore rhythm, spatial orientation, teamwork, coordination, and creative expression. A caregiver is always welcome – and often joins the dancing too!
